Shipping & Returns
Football Saved My Life (F.S.M.L) ships worldwide.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Additional processing time may be required during sales and holidays.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping location.
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $200 within Canada.
Tracking and Delivery
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only, and may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. F.S.M.L is not responsible for delivery times estimated by shipping couriers.
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by F.S.M.L and all items are subject to availability. F.S.M.L reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel all or part of your order. We may require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped.
Unfortunately F.S.M.L is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws, and will be payable by the customer.
Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery, as the shipment is not traversing any borders.
Returned to Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to F.S.M.L by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 14 days from the date on which the order was received for store credit.
Notice must be given to email@example.com regarding returns.
For all returns:
- Items must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed and undamaged).
- All hangtags and original packaging must not have been removed.
- You must present a valid proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline a return request if the merchandise does not meet the criteria above.
Customers are responsible for the shipment costs of returns.
We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost-effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know. You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes, via store credit.
Please note, the original shipping charge is not refundable.
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return, and placing a new order for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sales of books, gift cards, underwear, socks and hats are Final Sale. Final sale items cannot be returned.
